    Are acknowledged to do a reasonable job but it takes time and they aren’t seen as a comfortable option.
  • Sprays
    Are less effective but a cheaper option.
  • Brush-on-Gels
    Seen by some as a good low end option that can give reasonable results over time.
  • Toothpaste
    Perhaps the most common method used, though not as effective as bleaching or more expensive options.
